I talk to people about this book at least once a week because it set me on the course that I am on today with business.
When I first read this book, “The E-Myth,” I thought it must be “the playbook” on starting, scaling and selling businesses.
In the book, Gerber’s main point was to work “ON” your business and not “IN” your business.
What I’ve come to realize, is learning, researching, planning, and visioning are needed and necessary, but taking action, executing and getting it done is also called WORK.

- Inspired vs. Implementing
Working ON vs. IN is still work, but it comes with a lifestyle, the opportunity to scale, freedom, build a team, empower others. It is the only way I know how to start, scale and sell businesses.
